Climat-e is a high-fidelity organizational simulation. Participants take the controls of a complex workplace and learn — by deciding, not by listening — how their choices shape climate, performance, and trust.

WHAT IS CLIMAT-E

Climat-e places leaders inside a living organization. Over a series of decision cycles, they navigate hiring, conflict, communication, and change — and watch the consequences of each decision ripple through engagement, productivity, and culture metrics in real time.

Unlike a case study or role-play, Climat-e responds. Every choice rewrites the next scenario. Pierre-Marc Meunier built it as the practice ground for the 3A method — a place where Awareness, Affirmation, and Action can be rehearsed before they are needed.

HOW IT WORKS

Four stages, one cohort.

Brief

Cohorts of 8–16 receive their organizational context, mandate, and KPIs. We set the stakes.

Decide

Across five decision cycles, teams confront events drawn from real Quebec workplaces — restructurings, escalations, succession.

03

Observe

Climate and performance indicators shift in response to each choice. Patterns become visible.

04

Debrief

A 3A-trained facilitator helps participants name what they did, why it worked or didn't, and what to carry into Monday.
