Organizational Development is our longest engagement. It is reserved for clients who recognize that changing how a company leads requires more than a training program — it requires the structure, the rituals and the language of leadership to move in the same direction.

We work alongside the executive team and the board across 12 to 24 months. The work is bespoke, low-noise and high-stakes. It is not for every organization, and we say so when it is not.

    A jointly built roadmap, sequenced over 12 to 24 months, with clear sponsors at every layer.

    Implementation

    Quarterly waves of work combining training, coaching, workshops and governance design.

    Handover

    We design the engagement to end. Capability stays inside the company, not in our retainer.

Engagements are scoped per client. Typical investment ranges from $180,000 to $600,000 CAD over 12 to 24 months.
