Coaching at Consul-Source is not open-ended self-discovery. It is targeted work on a real, current leadership challenge — a decision, a relationship, a meeting that keeps going sideways. Each session ends with something the leader will try before the next one.

Pierre-Marc — or a senior Consul-Source coach — meets with the leader in short, frequent sessions over a defined period. The cadence is built around the leader’s real calendar, not a fixed curriculum.

    Framing

    A two-hour conversation to define the real problem and what would count as a meaningful shift in 90 days.

    Cadence

    Sessions every two weeks for three to six months, plus brief check-ins between sessions when stakes spike.

  3. 03

    Close-out

    A final session to harvest what the leader will carry forward and to plan the next horizon.

Per session. Engagements are typically 6 to 12 sessions. Bundled rates available for full programs.
