A three-level cohort program that turns the 3A method into a daily leadership practice.

What it is

Training at Consul-Source is built around practice, not transmission. The cohort meets in short, repeated sessions; between them, participants apply one specific gesture from the 3A method to real meetings they are already running. The work happens in their boardroom, not ours.

Three structured levels move a leader from understanding the method, to using it under pressure, to teaching it to the team they lead. The progression is intentional. Each level builds on the previous one and is only opened once the cohort is ready.

How it works

  1. Level 1

    Awareness in practice

    Six sessions over three months. Each participant brings real meetings to the room and works on naming what is unspoken.

  2. Level 2

    Affirmation under pressure

    Six sessions over three months. The cohort works on taking and holding clear positions when the room resists.

  3. Level 3

    Action as a habit

    Six sessions over three months. Leaders move from individual practice to coaching the gesture inside their own team.

Pricing & format

$3,800

Per participant for the full three-level program. Group pricing available for cohorts of 6 or more. Eligible for CPMT training tax credits in Quebec.
