What it is

Workshops are designed for teams that need to move on something specific and cannot wait for a longer program. A strategic pivot, a difficult succession, a culture that has drifted. The room works on the real thing, not a case study, and a Consul-Source senior leads the conversation with the 3A method as the operating system.

Most workshops are two days, in person, off-site. The agenda is built around your challenge after a short scoping call. Outputs are concrete — decisions taken, gestures committed to, owners and horizons named.

How it works

  1. 01

    Scoping

    A one-hour call with the sponsor to define the real challenge and the people in the room.

  2. 02

    Design

    We design an agenda around your challenge and circulate it for sponsor approval.

  3. 03

    Facilitation

    Two days in person. A Consul-Source senior holds the room and uses the 3A method to move the work.

  4. 04

    Follow-through

    A 30-day check-in to make sure the gestures committed to in the room are visible in the work.

Pricing & format

$24,000

Per two-day workshop, up to 12 participants. Includes scoping, design, facilitation and follow-through.
